We’re sorry for the frustration surrounding your recent visit. During the state inspection process, a hubcap was damaged while being removed. In some cases, factory hubcaps can become brittle over time and may crack during normal removal, but regardless, we understand that it’s our responsibility to address it properly. We regret that this was not communicated immediately, and we are reviewing our internal processes to ensure better communication moving forward. We are offering to replace the set at our expense and would still like the opportunity to make this right. Please contact us directly so we can resolve this for you.

Went to Geno and the guys for a state inspection. Was quoted an hour and they finished even faster. Thorough and detailed check up on everything - I see why these guys are so highly rated. They said to stop by if I need anything at all done to the car and I will. Ended up bringing them my other car to be inspected. Your car will definitely be taken care of at the Crown.

I cant say enough good things about Gino and Bryans Road Crown Service Center. Gino and his technicians have been taking care of my Jaguar XF, and the level of service is always top-tier. Theyre knowledgeable, professional, and extremely thorough. Owning a Jaguar means you need mechanics who truly understand the vehicle and they absolutely do. Every time I bring my car in, they explain whats needed, keep me informed, and deliver excellent work. My XF runs smooth, strong, and reliable because of the care they put into it. Its hard to find a shop you can genuinely trust, but this is one of them. If you want honest service and high-quality workmanship, this is the place to go. Highly recommended.
